Knot and Unwind - Yoga and Macrame Workshop

Knot and Unwind: Yoga and Macrame is a perfect relaxing, small group morning workshop to get your September off to a great start. All you need to bring is your toga mat!

You will begin with our incredible yoga teacher, Kylie at 09.00, who will guide you through a gentle Sunday morning flow, with a focus on finding the connection between your breath and movement.  Unwind, relax and stretch your way into a mindful day of connectedness.  The perfect start to any Sunday morning, this Vinyassa Flow practice will be suitable for all levels, so whether or not you are a complete beginner or a more seasoned yogi, there will be options for all.

At 10.30 you will transition to the upstairs studio where you will be able to make a healthy herbal tea or an energising coffee, accompanied by some delicious, vegan and gluten free treats from a local business Nourishingly Noshed.

Once you have your drinks it's time to settle in and enjoy the art of macrame at around. at 10.40 your teacher Kate will begin the macrame tutorial, providing you with a step-by-step tutorial as you craft your own yoga mat strap, which you can use both within the practice or to simply carry your mat between classes. You will learn the basic knots used in most macrame projects.

The event will come to a close at around 12.00, but we will be sending out an email following the event with a macrame knot guide and discount code to book on to any future event that you would like to attend.
