CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You’re free to cancel an order anytime before items have been created. If a cancellation is requested after an item has been made, money and time have already been invested. At this point, it’s unlikely that a cancellation is possible.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.
Please note, refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your account.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19 and public holiday working hours. If you’d like an update on your order please check your confirmation email which contains the tracking number of your order.


CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

We accept refunds on any large macrame art within the first 14 days of the order being placed. We require proof of postage before issuing the refund. If proof is not available, we will not issue the refund until the item has been received back.

We don’t require sending back macrame kits that are flawed or damaged inside. If one of these unfortunate circumstances does pop up, we’re content with photo evidence. Our merchant support teams are happy to assist with any questions, comments, or concerns.

We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal payments.
